Bollywood: 90 Day Fiancé: Stephanie Credits Exhaustion For Odd Behavior While Filming

The newest cast member of 90 Day Fiancé, Stephanie Davison, is refuting claims that she was under the influence while filming season eight. After refusing to attend the reunion with the rest of the cast, Stephanie held her own Tell-All on Instagram and called it "Sofa Talk With Steph." The self-proclaimed cougar stated she wasn't on drugs while filming the show, contrary to what many people think. Instead, she was exhausted after working for long hours and getting bit by bugs. Her friend, who closely works with her, validated her claim.

Stephanie and Ryan Carr's love story appeared odd to many fans because of their 25-year age difference. Moreover, it seemed like the Michigan native was trying to buy her man's love with money. Still, the couple was making progress in their relationship, and Stephanie filed for Ryan's K-1 visa. However, their relationship took a drastic turn 48 hours after Stephanie landed in Belize. She accused Ryan of sexual assault, and he left the show. Since the Skin Envy owner needed emotional support at the time, she called Ryan's cousin, Harris, and asked him to meet her. They spent some lovey-dovey moments together before Stephanie returned to the United States.

Throughout the show, many 90 Day Fiancé viewers noticed Stephanie seemed to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. Her inability to keep her eyes open and her slurred words led many to believe she was on something. Meme accounts made several jokes about her behavior, while other fans questioned if it was even ethical to film in her condition. But to refute the claims about her actions, Stephanie claimed she was exhausted and sick while filming, which led to her odd beahvior . To further back up her claims, Stephanie welcomed her dear friend, Frank, to her Tell- All. He has been Stephanie's personal trainer for 13 years. One of the things Frank spoke about was "inaccurate portrayals." He has worked with Stephanie for so many years and never saw her take drugs or drink to the point of drunkenness. He called her false portrayal "unfair." They also briefly mentioned Stephanie didn't have as much as a speeding ticket in the last 20 years, which would have been difficult if she was an addict.

Frank and Stephanie went on to say Stephanie couldn't have been a super successful businesswoman if her portrayal on the show had been accurate. It requires a lot of motivation and dedication to work long hours to build a lucrative business. The duo then talked about the reason why she looked buzzed throughout the show. At that point, Stephanie gave Frank full permission to talk about her medical condition.

Frank mentioned the working conditions on set were "brutal." On top of that, Stephanie faced a serious health issue after being bitten by bugs over and over. The effect of the bug bites continued even after she returned to the United States. She had to be hooked to "IVs for hours at a time." The 90 Day Fiancé alum Stephanie "was full of inflammation," which also affected her vocal cords. All together, her sickness and exhaustion led to her appearing completely out of it while filming most of the show.
