Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn and her husband Christian Richard are finding it "difficult" to enjoy romantic time alone since they welcomed their new baby. The Netflix star is opening up about life as a new mom, and she's quickly learning that it's not as easy as she thought. With a 4-month-old baby at home, the newlyweds aren't able to get as much intimate time because of the baby's sleeping schedule. Now, the couple is trying to establish new private moments during late nights when baby Christian is asleep.
Once Selling Sunset season 4 returns, viewers will get a chance to see a new side of Christine. After wrapping up Selling Sunset season 3 with her lavish wedding, Christine and Christian have welcomed their first child together, Christian Georges Dumontet. Christine shared a heartwarming post after giving birth, which was shortly after filming a scene for season 4. Fans will now get to see Christine's journey into motherhood after a drastic lifestyle change since season 1. Christine was single when the show first started, but by Selling Sunset season 3, she was hosting an elaborate engagement party with zebras before wearing a gorgeous black dress to her winter wonderland wedding.
Now that she's a new mom, Christine is learning firsthand how "difficult" raising a baby can be in her romantic life. "Nighttime has really started to be, like, our me-time [together]," Christine told Us Weekly. "During the day, it's a little crazy. What we did is started being like, 'OK, night is our time.'" In turn, Christine admitted that her baby has a "very regimented" nap schedule that gives her and Christian limited alone time. Baby Christian goes to sleep around 7 p.m. and wakes back up around 4 a.m. before going back to sleep around 7 a.m.
Nonetheless, Christine is still loving every minute of watching her newborn grow. She boasts about how advanced her 4-month-old kid is already doing things that only 6-month-old children can usually do, such as rolling over. It was a challenging delivery by C-section that Christine previously opened up about to her fans in July. Christine explained how the umbilical cord was wrapped around baby Christian's neck and how her son was "seconds away from not making it." Alas, their recovery from the traumatic experience only brought the family closer together.
Seeing Christine's parenting style will likely help show a softer side to herself on Selling Sunset. She is known for being shady and often gets herself into drama for sharing her blunt opinions. She was once close friends with Mary Fitzgerald and Heather Rae Young, but Christine has seemingly been replaced with Chrishell Stause. There is a lot for fans to catch up with once Selling Sunset season 4 premieres. Production was halted due to a COVID-19 scare, but viewers are hopeful that the season is coming soon.
