Hannah Chaddha does not want to see Derek Frazier or Kyland Young winning Big Brother 23 this year. Hannah was the most recent BB23 houseguest to be sent to the jury house. Both she and her best ally Tiffany Mitchell were evicted during the second Double Eviction of the season, which took place last Thursday. Now, only Derek F. and Kyland remain in the game alongside Cookout allies Azah Awasum and Xavier Prather.
Even though Hannah did not win the $750,000 grand prize, she was still a part of making Big Brother history this summer. Along with Derek F., Kyland, Tiffany, Azah, and Xavier, Hannah formed the Cookout alliance during the early days of BB23. This six-person alliance secretly dominated the house all summer long before accomplishing their goal of making it to the final six together. In doing so, the Cookout alliance ensured that Big Brother 23 will feature a Black contestant winning the show for the first time in its history.
Despite being happy that a Cookout member will win Big Brother 23, there are two remaining players that Hannah certainly doesn't want to see take home the $750,000 grand prize. In an interview with Global TV that took place after her eviction, Hannah admitted that she doesn't want to see Derek F. or Kyland win the show at the grand finale of Big Brother 23 coming up. Overall, Hannah believes that Kyland "acted out of self-interest" more than the rest of the Cookout members did. She constantly found herself questioning where Kyland's "head was at" throughout the duration of the game. In turn, Hannah continued on to note that Kyland "made decisions that made him the biggest target in the house, and the Cookout had to work to overcompensate for that." Moreover, Hannah claimed that there were many times when Kyland was "unnecessarily rude, and mean, and disrespectful."
As for Derek F., Hannah doesn't think he was in the house for the right reasons. Hannah questioned whether Derek F. truly has the "love and devotion" for the game that many of the other houseguests had on BB23. Hannah feels that neither Kyland nor Derek F. would be a good representation of the season should they win it. As such, the only two remaining houseguests in the house are Xavier and Azah. Even though she hasn't spoken much about Xavier since leaving the house, Hannah did call Azah "naive" after her eviction. Thus, it is perceived that Hannah could be rooting for Xavier to become the winner of BB23.
As Hannah is now in the jury house, she has less than two weeks to discuss with her fellow jurors which remaining houseguest is the most deserving of winning the $750,000 grand prize. Needless to say, she will be making some good arguments against Derek F. and Kyland. In fact, she's actually hoping one of them will be the next player to join her in the jury house.
Big Brother 23 airs Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
