Kendell Jenner of Keeping Up With the Kardashians fame has always kept a low profile when it comes to her dating life, and it's time to talk about why she reveals so little about her romance with Devin Booker. Of all the sisters (and momager Kris Jenner), she is probably the most secretive. Kendall is adept at keeping her love life to herself and out of the press. Despite being linked to numerous celebrities over the years (most recently, Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns), Kendall has made it clear that her more private approach to love is no coincidence. The press has been able to link her to several famous men, from KUWTK love interests Blake Griffin and Harry Styles to Devin. However, few details about the ins and outs of these relationships have surfaced.
During the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion special hosted by the one and only Andy Cohen, Andy didn’t hesitate to ask all of the women about their romantic entanglements. When it was Kendall's turn, she made it clear that she and Kylie Jenner had intentionally made an effort to take a different dating approach than their older sisters, due to the endless public scrutiny and speculation.
Kourtney Kardashian admitted that her relationship with Scott Disick might have worked out differently if their entire relationship wasn’t being broadcast across the country. Tall and willowy Kendall from KUWTK told Vogue Australia, “I got a glimpse of how my sisters dealt with [the attention] and it’s cool to learn from that.
She continued, "For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships, and I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier.” Kendall also said, “ I’m very young and right now I feel like relationships aren’t always super-certain, and I don’t want to bring too much attention to something if you don’t really know long term [what it’s going to be].” The model also made it clear that she believes a relationship is something between two people. In her opinion, once outside parties are in on the situation, unwanted opinions inevitably take a toll on the relationship.
During the reunion special, 818 tequila brand owner Kendall said she doesn't believe in the Kardashian curse, which claims all the men they date struggle after moving on. She told Andy, “I think we are all extremely giving and caring and loving women, and when there is a man in our lives we like to give everything to them and as a family, we all love them so much.” She argues that the Kardashian curse narrative puts the blame on the women rather than allowing their exes to take accountability for their own successes or failures. There is certainly an all-encompassing aspect to the Kardashian-Jenner clan's inclusion of boyfriends and husbands.
Corey Gamble has quickly become a pillar of the iconic family, Tyga and another KUWTK ex, Kris Humphries, were welcomed early and often to filmed family vacations. Scott, Lamar Odam, and now Tristan Thompson have been treated like sons by Kris. In terms of her exes, Kendall clearly has good relationships with at least Harry, as the two were seen together playing a game of "Spill Your Guts" on The Late Late Show with James Corden. During the game, Styles chose not to answer which songs (on his most recent album at that time) were written about Kendall. He did seem to indicate that the KUWTK star Kendall was a muse. Maybe it was all of them, and hopefully, Kendall will never play "Spill Your Guts" with Devin. If all evidence proves correct, fans won't get more insight into their relationship on whatever Hulu-produced series follows Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
