Milwaukee County Zoo Announces Birth of Red Panda Cub

The Milwaukee County Zoo welcomed a new addition to its red panda family on Sunday, June 12. According to the zoo, the cub has spent most of its time with its mother, Dr Erin. The mother and cub will remain in the nesting box for the next two to three months. In the video’s caption, the zoo wrote it is “over-the-top excited” to welcome the red panda cub to the pack.
