You don’t exit!”Later in the testimony, the court heard another audio recording capturing a conversation between Heard and Depp, in which she said she thought he would choke on his own vomit.Heard testified that Depp called her a “whore” for considering doing a project with James Franco, and that he became enraged over the actress filming sex scenes, or appearing nude on screen.She claimed that when she told her husband she was thinking about taking on a TV project with actor James Franco, it triggered “a week of hell”. “He was calling me a liar, a whore,” she said.According to Heard, when they watched a screener of the film London Fields, while staying at a French chateau, when Depp saw a body double of her in a sex scene, he allegedly slapped her in the face and punched her across her jaw.“I went flying into this old church furniture,” Heard said from the witness box.On Heard’s 30th birthday in April 2016, she says Depp, who came home late and missed the party, grabbed her by the hair and used her body to knock items off a table.In the bedroom, Heard says they participated in a shoving match and he then allegedly grabbed her pubic bone.“He kind of pushed my down and was asking me: ‘You’re so tough? You wanna be tough like a man now?” Heard testified. “I remember feeling exhausted and crying.”Depp allegedly stormed out of the penthouse that night, screaming “happy f**king birthday!” According to Heard, Depp would disappear for days on benders and miss special occasions such as a dinner party of Heard’s. When he later came home and noticed that Heard was unhappy with him, they fought and Heard said Depp grabbed a magnum of champagne and hurled it at her and the bottle went through a painting.Depp picked up Heard’s cellphone and threw it out the window onto the street below.Heard said in retaliation she threw Depp’s phone out the window as well.The court was shown numerous photos of spilt wine, broken glass, and smashed photo frames from the Depp penthouse residence during these fights.‘GENTLEMAN’ MUSKAfter her birthday fight, Heard said she fell out of contact with Depp for a month and he did not join her at the Met Gala, to which they were both invited.While standing on the red carpet at the event Heard met Elon Musk, 50, and they became friends shortly after.“[Musk] was there with his mother,” she said of the billionaire. “He reminded me we had met before … He seemed like a real gentlemen. He was really nice.”Heard said she reunited with Depp after a month apart when his mother, Betty Sue, died.They agreed Depp could come over during the day to have a meeting but he was preoccupied with talking about “faeces”, according to Heard.“I couldn’t believe he was talking about faeces when his mother just passed away,” Heard said in court, who said he showed no interest in discussing their marriage.Heard called her friend iO Tillet Wright, and put him on the speaker. Wright allegedly told Heard: “Amber, get out of the house. You’re not safe.”Heard said when Depp heard Wright on the speaker phone, he came down the stairs, grabbed the phone and started shouting at iO, “You wanna have my b**ch? You can have her,” Heard said.Heard said Depp then hurled the phone at her face, striking her in the eye area. The court was shown several photos which Heard had taken after the alleged attack, showing her face red and swollen.HEARD CARRIED A ‘BRUISE KIT’ FOR HER FACEHeard said Depp taunted her, saying, “Oh, I hit you, huh?” He then allegedly “whacked” her on the head and dragged her off the couch.Heard said Depp then yanked her hair back while mocking her: “Let me see how bad I hurt you this time.”Heard said her best friend at the time, Raquel or “Rocky”, physically shielded her from Depp telling him, “Johnny, no”.Heard showed the court a type of colour correction makeup kit that she said she used to cover up bruises for when she went out in LA.Heard said when police were called to a May 2016 fight she did not tell police Depp was the attacker. “I did not want them to arrest Johnny,” she said. “I just refused to co-operate.”The following day, Depp brought up the idea of getting a divorce.“I tried to make it work and you just turned more and more into a spoiled brat,” he wrote, as seen in the text message shown in court.“All you wanted wars to make the f**king miserable.
