The owners are relocating closer to the city and are building a new house. “The turnout on auction day was just crazy,” Mr Borrelli said. “There were 31 registered bidders and around 90 people in attendance. “It was action-packed bidding between 9 bidders. It was finally snapped up by a couple from Hong Kong who had previously lived in Adelaide in the ‘90s.
