Orange County Fire Officials Work to Contain Emerald Fire

Firefighters worked to contain the Emerald Fire in Orange County on Thursday, February 10, using helicopters to bring the approximately 150-acre fire to 20 percent containment, the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) said. The City of Laguna Beach lifted evacuation orders for the neighborhoods of Irvine Cove and Emerald Bay on Thursday afternoon, but kept evacuation warnings in place as a precaution.
