Colorado Wildlife Officer Frees Buck Tangled in Christmas Lights

A Colorado wildlife officer helped a buck that got entangled in Christmas lights in Jefferson County, in the western Denver area. These images, posted to Twitter on January 5, show the buck with a wad of green wire stuck on an antler, and officer Joe Nicholson beaming after he removed the lights from the tranquilized animal. “Please be mindful and remove any tangle hazards from your property,” Colorado Parks and Wildlife wrote.
