‘Stuck for Hours’: Woman Discovers Stairs Removed From Her Atlanta Apartment

An Atlanta-area woman said she was “stuck for hours” after she discovered a portion of the only staircase to her apartment had been removed and was under repair on December 27. Video uploaded to Olivia Crump’s TikTok, @foodbattle2008, shows a flight of stairs missing from the outdoor staircase. Crump told Storyful the staircase is the only way up or down. “The apartment didn’t notify us at all!” Crump told Storyful. “I emailed them when I first noticed and didn’t get a response. I called two hours later and they said they didn’t know the stairs were being worked on.
