Steven Johnston from 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way responded to a critic’s comment in the most absurd way possible on Instagram. Steven, who is from Utah, currently stars in season 3 of the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off alongside Russian girlfriend Alina. Steven was affable at first but has slowly garnered hate over four episodes of TOW, owing to him lying about his virginity to Alina and also being unable to control his urges. With Alina also doubting his faithfulness, fans want her to leave Steven and not get married to him.
Steven booked two different places for Alina and him to stay in Turkey just because he wouldn’t be able to control himself around her due to her beauty. But then again, Steven wouldn’t want to do some skoodilypoop with Alina accidentally since being a virgin, unlike him, is important for her baptism. Meanwhile, Alina mistrusts boyfriend Steven and has laid out a trap by making her best friend Masha indulge him on Facebook. Alina believes that Steven booked a room in a hostel instead of staying with her and gave lame excuses so that he can hook up with other girls, and fans wholeheartedly agree.
Meanwhile, Steven is making the most of his overnight popularity on the Internet and has started a Cameo account. Popular 90 Day Fiancé YouTuber Master Of BlackJack requested that Steven make him a Cameo by reacting to fan comments on his video of Alina’s boyfriend in a towel and jumping in a pool fully clothed. Steven shared the Cameo he made to his Instagram, which showed his response to a fan who wrote, “Steven has that ‘where’s my hug’ type of energy. Whatta creep.” Former pest control sales representative Steven gave the commentator a virtual hug. “Well, Jp G since you’re so focused on it, maybe you actually want a hug,” said Steven.
Sporting a leather jacket and having his hair longer than what it normally is like on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Steven smirked and said that now that the fan has their hug, they don’t have to be jealous. Meanwhile, Steven added, “Love interacting with Fans,” to his Instagram bio as well. On a recent post where Steven shared a throwback photo of his stay in Turkey with Alina, a fan told Steven, “Don't let the haters get you, you're such a unique person and I hope you keep your spirit.” 90 Day Fiancé newbie Steven thanked the fan for their positive comment. “Haha I will try n continue to be my best self! Thanks for not hating on my weaknesses,” wrote Steven.
Steven’s actions on the newest 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way episode have made plenty of fans uncomfortable. Fans who praised Alina for being assertive are also calling her gullible and asking her what she saw in him. However, many think that Alina will come around and realize that Steven isn’t right for her eventually since season 3 is just beginning. On the other hand, the Steven and Alina storyline is them looking to get married at the end of their 90 days in Antalya. And with Steven currently back in America, the plot just keeps getting more interesting.
