When someone says 'superhero', most people usually think about people with actual special powers. However, that's not always the case. A lot of the time, the people wearing capes and masks have no special powers. Despite that, they manage to fight their enemies and come out victorious. But that might easily change if they faced the Terminator.
Even Arrowverse heroes wouldn't always be able to always deal with the Terminator. As an unstoppable killing machine, the Terminator doesn't have many weaknesses that would help defeat it. As a result, only some Arrowverse superheroes would manage to survive their encounter with the Terminator... but who?
10 Would Survive: Martian Manhunter
Martian Manhunter doesn't have as much screen time as he really deserves in the Arrowverse. That's why it's so easy to forget how powerful he actually is. Just like Supergirl and Superman, he can fly, so he can escape the Terminator this way. He can also shapeshift and has super strength so if he went toe to toe with the Terminator, he would have a shot at defeating the machine.
9 Would Be Terminated: Thea Queen
Before Thea started training in combat with her father, Malcolm Merlyn, she had no idea how to fight. That would put her at a clear disadvantage against the Terminator unless someone is around to protect her. But even after she trained with Merlyn, Thea's combat skills still weren't on the same level as many other superheroes, her own brother included. Thea would put in a brave fight but ultimately, the Terminator would win.
8 Would Survive: Citizen Steel
Nate Heywood only rarely uses his special powers in the Arrowverse. However, they would serve him well in the fight against the Terminator. If the Terminator tries to hurt Nate, his power to turn into steel will protect him against the blow or a shot. That would give Nate enough time to escape and come up with a better way of defeating the Terminator.
7 Would Be Terminated: Team Arrow
It's hard to admit but almost all of Team Arrow would be terminated unless they worked together to figure out a way to stop the Terminator. But even then, it's doubtful all of them would survive. Dinah, Laurel, Rene, and John have no special powers.
In the end, the one most likely to survive would be Rory Reagan, since the rags he wears made him able to withstand even a blast from a nuclear explosion.
6 Would Survive: The Flash
Unless the Terminator catches up with Barry when he has no speed or figures out a way to take Barry's speed away, it should be enough for Barry to survive. A Terminator is fast, but the Flash is much faster as he can break the speed of light. And even if the Terminator does manage to hurt Barry, his accelerated healing factor would ensure the injury won't stick for so long.
5 Would Be Terminated: Mick Rory
Mick Rory is a strong man who isn't afraid to punch his opponents. He can easily knock out human fighters or use his fire gun against them. It's questionable how effective the fire gun would be against a Terminator, though - in the movies, the Terminator was able to survive even an explosion. So even though Mick does well against weaker enemies, he wouldn't be able to escape the Terminator forever.
4 Would Survive: Superman + Supergirl
Both Superman and Supergirl have a very similar set of powers. It's difficult to hurt them, they're fast, strong, heal fast, can burn their enemies with their laser eyes, can fly, and the list goes on.
The Terminator has an impressive set of skills but it can't fly. Even if Superman and Supergirl aren't able to defeat him on their first try, they can just fly away, recuperate and come up with a different plan.
3 Would Be Terminated: Cecile Horton
Cecile didn't always have special powers; that changed when she got pregnant and gained the ability to read minds. Even after giving birth, Cecile kept her powers, except she is now able to sense emotions and influence them. That sounds like a useful trick, but would do Cecile no good since her powers don't work on machines. And since she has no fighting experience and is smaller than other heroes, the Terminator would be able to kill her.
2 Would Survive: Charlie
Charlie might prefer not to use her powers to manipulate others but that doesn't mean she's not one of the most powerful beings in the Arrowverse. As one of the three Fates, Charlie is as close to immortal as they come. If her powers work on Terminators as well, she can change the Terminator's destiny and ensure it will no longer pursue her. She could also change her appearance (before John Constantine took this power away) which would also help her in evading the murdering machine.
1 Would Be Terminated: Sara Lance
Sara is a formidable opponent, one of the best fighters in the Arrowverse. Unfortunately for her, she has no special powers (if one doesn't count the brief period when she was blind but could see the future). Sara has died multiple times in the Arrowverse, and since Thea was able to kill her by shooting her with three or so arrows, the Terminator would figure out a way how to get rid of Sara too.
